| Prem founded ClientCurve in 2008 and responsible for all of the company’s overall vision and business strategy, product strategy, sales functions including its direct and inside sales force, and sales operations. |

| Prior to starting ClientCurve, Prem worked for more than 9 years in the enterprise software sector. Prem was a Principal Product Management at SAP Labs India; Joined SAP from YASU Technologies acquisition in 2007 by SAP AG. Prem was head of Inside sales managing global inside sales and marketing initiative at YASU Technologies. Also held various Business Development roles at Cendura (which got acquired by CA) and Softpro Systems Ltd. |

| Prem received his Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Osmania University and a three year diploma in software engineering from NIIT. |

| Karan is with ClientCurve since its inception, prior to joining ClientCurve he served as the VP Operations at folder file manufacturing company. Karan led finance, business operations and human resources. He played a critical role in companies channel growth, helped to build retail channels across India. He holds 7 years of experience in retail industry. |

| Sreekanth is a seasoned professional with more than 9+ years of experience performing various roles like Pre-Sales consultant, Enterprise product support engineer, Quality Assurance engineer, Software Engineer. Sreekanth was working with CA Technologies for the past 6+ years where in he performed a variety of roles including supporting enterprise products, Quality Assurance engineering and product maintenance. Before joining CA Technologies, he worked with Softcell Technologies on a pre and post technical sales role for open source services, architecting security solutions and messaging products. |

| Sreekanth is a Bachelor in Computer Applications and pursuing his MBA from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He also holds GNIIT degree from NIIT Technologies Ltd. |
