Software Development Group

Web Specialist

The Responsibilities:

Creating design concepts, layouts, and finished designs that can be handed off to the development team.

Completing projects within allocated budgets/timelines.

Work closely with clients to design campaigns and publish them online.

Ability to produce high quality finished website designs.

Must be proficient in many designing tools.

Should posses’ strong interpersonal and organization skills.

Skills

Relevant knowledge and skills including HTML and Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Firework, Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, Dreamweaver.

A good working knowledge of Flash, PHP, ASP, PERL, JavaScript, VBscript, CSS etc.

Must have at least 1-2 year interactive web development experience.

Knowledge of HTML is must.

International Business Development Manager

This person is a standout among his/her peers, has the tactical know-how to do his/her job well already and is looking to move into a more strategic sales and marketing role while still executing like crazy. This is a role that will grow in responsibility and scope as the company grows.

We want someone who wants to gain tactical marketing and selling experience and is ready to add to that by developing their own marketing/sales programs geared at engaging our customer audience and converting it into clients. We're fortunate to have great solutions and we have an opportunity to create a huge amount of awareness in the marketplace. Word-of-mouth and evangelists within our user community are the current source of growth, which will drive us to profitability. We want to 10x that quickly, and then 10x it again. Rinse, repeat.

The Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop actionable customer insights that drive marketing strategies for customers.

Be able to make 75 – 100 calls per day.

Be able to train BDE’s and make them understand their roles and responsibilities.

Conduct market research activity to gather information on prospects, competitors etc.

Secure meetings with decision makers at target accounts by executing campaigns using telephone and email marketing.

Work closely with the ClientCurve customer’s accounts teams in developing and managing opportunities through the duration of the sales cycle and also drive revenue for ClientCurve.

Adept in articulating and passing the key message of the client’s solution to the appropriate target verticals and individuals within target organization(s).

Assist in the development and execution of campaigns (e.g. follow-ups from events, direct mail / database campaigns, customer base programs, etc.) to achieve campaign / monthly goals.

Track lead activity in Salesforce.com / SugarCRM.com / ZohoCRM.com contact management databases.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/B.Tech) / MBA degree is a plus.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience.

Willing to excel in Sales & Marketing area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

International Business Development Executive

The Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop actionable customer insights that drive marketing strategies for customers.

Conduct market research activity to gather information on prospects, competitors etc.

Be able to make 75 – 100 calls per day.
